We understand that the highest quality support is necessary since many applications are mission-critical.
Each of our software products ships with a comprehensive electronic manual. The manual gives the user detailed configuration and troubleshooting information to provide answers to the vast majority of user questions.
The information and resources available via our website is constantly growing. When using this website for support, a good place to start is in the Document Library It covers some of the most-common installation, implementation and integration issues. An alternate support method is to use the Support Form which is designed to help you submit the information we need to understand your setup and get you the help you need.
We know how it is—sometimes it's just easier to pick up the phone and call. Telephone-based support is available for users of our software covered under the initial 90 day support, or under our extended support and version upgrade agreement.
