Standard Support

COI Software offers 90 days of support and free product version upgrades with every purchase.

Annual Support & Updates

Since the list of predefined network devices is constantly growing, customers interested in having the ability to receive product version updates after the 90-day support period can purchase annual version upgrade and support packages at the time of their initial purchase. The annual support program includes free version upgrades as well as telephone technical support for a year from date of purchase. Contact COI Software or your distributor for more details.

Built-in Manual

Each of our software products ships with a comprehensive electronic manual. The manual gives the user detailed configuration and troubleshooting information to provide answers to the vast majority of user questions.

Website

The information and resources available via our website is constantly growing. When using this website for support, a good place to start is in the Document Library It covers some of the most-common installation, implementation and integration issues. An alternate support method is to use the Support Form which is designed to help you submit the information we need to understand your setup and get you the help you need.

Telephone

We know how it is—sometimes it's just easier to pick up the phone and call. Telephone-based support is available for users of our software covered under the initial 90 day support, or under our extended support and version upgrade agreement.
